In show #4 of Paul Colligan's podcast "Paul's Profitable Podcasting," Steven Prussack of RawVeganRadio.com lays out a surprisingly comprehensive strategy for achieving profitability with his podcast. If you're stuck in a traditional mindset for how to make money from your own podcast, listen and prepare to be inspired!
For $100 ($99.99, but let's be realistic) you get 39 audio files in MP3 format, or around 38 hours of audio. The content is excellent, the audio quality is great, and at around $2.50 an hour you can't beat the price. If you're serious about podcasting you owe it to yourself (and your show) to get this as soon as possible.
The second annual Podcast Expo is over and you've probably already heard all the details from other shows and forums so in this edition I'm going to focus on the top three products I saw at the show and which every podcaster should be aware of. In future shows I'll have some additional interviews I did at the Podcast Expo, including Joanne Colan from Rocket Boom, Fr. Roderick from Catholic Insider, Brian Ibbott from Coverville, and several others. In addition, future editions of Behind the Scenes will be taking a look at how to build a podcast from the ground up using my new show, What's On! as a model. Enjoy!
