Dr. Floyd, Dr. Grant and C.H.I.P.S., posing as mobsters from the East Coast, set up a sit down with Al Capone to warn him about Dr. Steve who is mere moments away from finding Al Capone's vault. The sit down goes reasonably well with the exception of a mention of the size of Dr. Floyd's head. Al Capone is now on his way to the basement to confront Dr. Steve and Fidgert.

We meet notorious gangster Al Capone and find out he might not have been as bad as we all though. Meanwhile, Dr. Steve and Fidgert are creeping around the basement areas of the Lexington Hotel searching for something. Dr. Floyd seems to think he's looking for Al Capone's Vault. Dr. Floyd seems to think the only way to stop Dr. Steve is to have a "sit down" with Al Capone and tell him about Steve's plans!!

Dr. Steve and Fidgert hatch a scheme to try and knock Al Capone down the Top 10 Criminals Of The 20th Century list and race towards Chicago in the year 1929. meanwhile Dr. Floyd, Dr. Grant and C.H.I.P.S. discuss the finer points of Time Ripples and Time Travel before finding out where Dr. Steve is heading. This show also included the world premiere of TINY RIPPLES a song by Dr. Steve and Fidgert.
